Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using JQuotes, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
JQuotes is a mobile application that provides: • Curated Jewish quotes and wisdom • Personalized quote recommendations • Daily quote notifications • Theme customization options • Ability to save favorite quotes
User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use JQuotes. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
User Conduct
You agree not to: • Use the App for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App • Use the App in any way that could damage or impair the service
Content
Our Content
All quotes, images, designs, and other content provided in JQuotes are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
Quote Sources
Our quotes are curated from various sources including: • Classical Jewish texts (Talmud, Pirkei Avot, Midrash) - Public Domain • Historical rabbinical teachings - Public Domain • Modern Jewish thought leaders - Used with appropriate attribution • Traditional Jewish proverbs and wisdom
User-Created Content
You retain ownership of any quotes you create within the App. By creating content, you grant us a license to display it within your personal app experience.
Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription Plans
JQuotes offers Premium subscriptions with the following options: • Annual subscription with 3-day free trial • Monthly subscription
Payment Terms
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase • The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase
Free Trial
• The 3-day free trial is available for new subscribers only • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged • Unused portions of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
Refunds
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly.
Intellectual Property
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Meetirox and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "JQuotes" and our logo are trademarks of Meetirox. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that: • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free • Defects will be corrected • The App is free of viruses or other harmful components The quotes and content provided are for inspirational and informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEETIROX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meetirox and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination: • Your right to use the App will cease immediately • Active subscriptions will continue until the end of the current billing period
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of France.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Meetirox regarding the App.
