Local Storage: Your personal data (preferences, favorites, custom quotes) is stored locally on your device using secure storage. We do not store this data on external servers. No Account Required: JQuotes does not require you to create an account. Your data remains on your device.

• Local Data: Stored on your device until you delete the app or clear app data • Crash Reports: Retained by Sentry for up to 90 days • Purchase History: Retained by RevenueCat as required for subscription management

You have the right to: • Access: View your data within the app settings • Delete: Remove all your local data by deleting the app or using "Delete Account" in settings • Opt-out: Disable notifications at any time in app settings or device settings • Data Portability: Your favorites and preferences can be accessed within the app For EU/EEA Residents (GDPR): You have additional rights including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. JQuotes is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including: • Secure local storage on your device • Encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all network communications • Regular security updates

If you use JQuotes outside the European Economic Area, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app and updating the "Last updated" date.
