JQuotes is a mobile application that provides daily Jewish wisdom and inspirational quotes. Our service includes:

• Push notifications for daily inspiration

• Favorites collection

3. User Eligibility

JQuotes is rated 4+ and is available to users of all ages. There is no age restriction to use this application.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use JQuotes only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the service or help anyone else do so.

5. Content

Quote Sources

Quotes are sourced from traditional Jewish texts including the Torah, Talmud, Pirkei Avot, and other sacred writings. Attribution is provided where applicable.

User-Created Content

Any content you create within the app, such as favorites lists, remains your property but grants us a license to store and display it within the service.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Plans

JQuotes offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features are clearly marked within the app.

Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account.

Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their App Store refund policies.

7. Intellectual Property

JQuotes, including its design, features, and content, is the intellectual property of JQuotes. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the application without our written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JQuotes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of France.

15. Apple Standard EULA

This app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By using JQuotes, you also agree to the terms of the Apple Standard EULA.
