By downloading, installing, or using JQuotes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

JQuotes is a mobile application that provides daily Jewish wisdom and inspirational quotes. The service includes daily Jewish quotes and wisdom, personalized recommendations, push notifications for daily inspiration, various themes and categories, and a favorites collection feature.

3. User Eligibility

JQuotes is rated 4+ and is available to users of all ages. There is no age restriction to use this application.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use JQuotes only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Misuse of the service or assisting others in doing so is prohibited.

5. Content

Quote Sources: Quotes come from traditional Jewish texts including the Torah, Talmud, Pirkei Avot, and other sacred writings. Attribution is provided where applicable.

User-Created Content: Content you create within the app remains your property but grants us a license to store and display it within the service.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Plans: Free and premium subscription plans are available, with premium features clearly marked.

Payment Terms: Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account.

Free Trial: Trial periods may be offered; failure to cancel before the trial ends results in subscription charges.

Refunds: Apple handles refunds according to their App Store policies.

7. Intellectual Property

JQuotes, including its design, features, and content, is proprietary. Copying, modifying, or distributing any part requires written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of Liability

JQuotes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved through good faith negotiation first, then submitted to French courts if necessary.
